I love the idea, and it should be possible with some blender Badassery and some bodysliding I can try but I can't guarantee anything good. And clipping would be a nightmare

Why not just edit eye textures and add them as new options

All you need to do is edit the head mesh if I'm not mistaken, and it shouldn't be that hard. But then you think about, and you realize .tri files take forever. It might be interesting to have such a thing, but I am unable to create it.

Should be fairly easy, I could cut off some legs(and arms, and hands) in blender. Getting the body meshes actually functioning though is another matter. I can make some meshes but they'll be static(unless nifskope decides to play nice) Plus if somebody's missing a leg they'd be perfectly able to stand up and run away with one leg, because I'm not too skillful at anything like that in skyrim modding I'm not very skilled at making new NPCs either(I get a lot of people with mismatched voices, don't really know why) but I can try.

Render out a view if the weapon, send me some files and I'll see what I can do.(I just want to see the model before I commit to anything(Want to know what I'm getting myself into))

This would be a great addition to the game, assuming it's pulled off correctly (with the second-in-command idea).But, would you go so far as to have a choice to join the cult, and adopt their ways, or stick with Parthuunax and kill them off?

Hmmm... Other than my first idea I've drawn a blank. I'm sure there is a mod for that, but I don't have a link or aynthing. You can try to look around Loverslab or whatever but just be cautious, and remember to have adblock on.

That would be absolutely excellent. If I were to make that mod, I would add a wooden cane as a special weapon he'd use. It would be even better if his combat dialogue was like "Get off my lawn" and whatnot
