Hi again. I was just informed that what I was attempting to do is both against the rules here, and may indeed be against the law as well. That being said, I don't want to just give up, because I've been wanting to do this for a long time. If anyone can help me proceed with this project, I'd greatly appreciate it. *edit - meaning I want to figure out a way to go about doing this legally, which means I can't use the resources from New Vegas, or I can't distribute the mod. I would try to make different resources first though, so the mod could be distributed.

Hello everybody. I wanted to try not to bother you, but I have been unable to work through this on my own. There are a great many weapons from New Vegas that I would love to see in Fallout 3, and most of them are no real problem to transfer and re purpose. There are a few however that are animated. These items include the straight razor, the chainsaw, and dynamite. I know that this probably requires a lot of work to fix, and a lot of learning on my part. I am not opposed to that, however I have been completely unable to find tutorials that help. I have been searching for a very long time now. I very much appreciate any help you can offer.
