In skyrim there is an interesting mod that lets you take a skill book but without reading it. Good if you want to save those skill points for later. Anything similar for Morrowind?

Loved the story and dialogues in Morrowind. But there are too many repeating topics for almost every NPC. Is it possible that once you read a topic from the dialogue menu, next time you talk to a NPC, and that NPC has the same topic, and exactly the same text, this topic is in some other color, so that you dont have to check all of them to find new info?
