Vortex needs to be updated to use current Bepinex for the new Valheim updates, it re-pushes the outdated version every time you deploy. Apparently you can manually replace the files Vortex is pushing in the %appadata% folder but there shouldn't be a need to do this in the first place, if your mod manager is going to force-install something the source files getting an update should not go neglected. Please fix this.

In response to post #67073251. #67074226, #67074811 are all replies on the same post. From the salt I'm seeing out of Robin I think I can hazard a guess. People who seem to have made it their mission to screw the modding community any which way they can if it has a possibility of turning a profit. I could be wrong, but I get the feeling if that issue was allowed to continue they'd turn up in the middle of it eventually anyway, like a bad penny. I do think the idea of a legal partnership to remove that lure for grifters looking for somewhere to latch on to isn't a bad idea, though. I'd feel a lot more comfortable knowing the modding site I use has a legit affiliate ready to step in if the worst should happen. I'd imagine GameFront users would feel the same, especially since it already happened once.

It's not Vortex, it's the servers. They've been crap since earlier this afternoon. Was working fine all last night and this morning, then suddenly I'm getting constant timeouts, corrupted downloads, downloads stopping and starting multiple times before they finished. And I'm using MO2 so I know it's not from Vortex. Just tried activating premium to see if it'd help but no dice. Downloads go a bit faster in the short bursts they do work in but still getting slowdowns, timeouts, etc. At points it's gotten so bad that even the web pages won't load. Super annoying. Saw a few others on FB and Twitter complaining as well but haven't seen any staff address it anywhere yet AFAIK.

In response to post #63349891. having to pay for licenses for all those characters would blow their budget and make it pointless for them to create it in the first place.

probably eventually, but i'm going to be saving all my DP for the lifetime premium membership before getting anything else.
