  1. Until the server load is eased, you can download the files locally just fine, and then drop them into Vortex. For whatever reason, the errors only occur when downloading directly to Vortex.
  2. Ahh, apologies for the multi-post then. I admit I didn't look much through the other threads for this, but that makes a lot of sense. Cheers!
  3. "Download Failed" errors continually popping up. Restarting Vortex will occasionally fix this problem, but it is recurring. using Vortex 1.1.5 on Windows 10, modding Skyrim SE. I have not tested to see if the same error occurs for other games. My connection is stable and speedtest.net shows me running over 200Mbps download locally with an 8ms ping. The full details for the download failed error is in the spoiler tag below. Full error message: When trying to submit feedback about this in Vortex, I received a "Failed to send feedback" error - the details cite a 403 Forbidden <!DOCTYPE.html>. The only files I included were the network log and the vortex log. I tried uploading a screenshot of THAT error below, but the forum is giving me a 500 Internal Server error when I try to attach anything.
  4. I joined this site back in 2011, before Skyrim was even released, and it only had a small handful of games on here. (I think I was looking for Dragon Age Origins mods at the time). Thinking back to how the site was back then, and how ungodly huge it has become is mindblowing, and I am incredibly stoked to see what the future of this site will bring. Seriously, there is a LOT of really kickass news in this post. I'm glad to see at least one gaming community that hasn't turned into a shiteating toxic wasteland that's turned in on itself. This community is really a bright spot across all gaming platforms imo. Congrats to you guys, you deserve it.
