I am indeed using the built in auto-save feature, also my HDD is not really doing anything other than running FNV through Mod Organizer. I did not have NVSE error logging enabled, but added the lines [Logging] EnableGameErrorLog=1 to my nvse_config.ini, in this reinstall that I have done I thought it may be important to note that I haven't had any crashes though.

Hey, thanks Dubious for the tip but i'm not using CASM.

Changing the NVSR settings as instructed helped with most of the problem for me, but now the only problem I still seem to have is about 2 seconds of a freeze frame most times when either entering or exiting combat. Also I reverted my enb ini files but that didnt seem to have any positive impact.
