Thanks for all the help. The post wasn't started because it was grayed it was started because my game wont start thanks for ignoring the important part. I also enjoyed not getting any reply when I gave more information.

well since its been a while I tried starting it again and It did what I described but I forgot to mention when I exited the game nmm told me I have a problem with the master aka the FalloutNV.esm

I've been modding for a few years now and have never had this happen (until now of course). The esm for new vegas has grayed in the loadorder so its still checked but the name FaloutNV.esm is grayed and when I start the game IT will go through the beggining slide's but when it gets to the main menu wont give me any options as in the words continue and load game wont even appear. I just recently had some mod and nmm issues and fixed them but once I fixed those issues this happened. I can mod a game and have a lot of mods running in uni-sine but when it comes to working on the game itself I'm stumped. P.S. Thanks for any help you give.
