i cant get skyrim remastered to work with latest Nexus, it keeps telling me to rescan but it wont let me get to where you scan for games, also gettng a c++ error

I cant get mods to work.... what did i do wrong, i typed in the stuff for the ini

I keep getting a an error when i try to install big files like SMIM, it says the zip7 bug is the cause, does anyone know of a fix?
