  1. Hello! I'm quite new when it comes to modding but I'm trying to learn, and I hope you can help me out. In-game the vanilla NPC I'm editing has an edited facegen, and I'm trying to replace the hair on it with a new one. However when I open the CK any edited NPC from the esp is using vanilla facegen, which when exported has the new hair which I want, but the old vanilla facegen, not the updated facegen from the esp I'm editing. This has me wondering if I'm doing something wrong because I definitely am opening the CK with the esp as active, and the hair mod as master. Since the NPC gets the new hair that means at least the hair mod is loading, but not the NPC changes from the actual mod I have as active? I'm very confused regarding this and I'd love to hear your thoughts on why this isn't working right. Was the NPC created using Skyrim LE? When I look at the old facegen in NifSkope the neck is going through the hair, but with the exported facegen with the new hair the neck looks normal. Is this a sign that it was made with Skyrim LE? And if so is there anything I can do to make the changes I want? Thank you for any help regarding this, and any tips or tricks if you can share them.
  2. Not having to move my 100gb folder of mods from MO2 to the Vortex\{game}\mods folder would be a godsend, especially since the two folders seem identical. They both contain subfolders of individual mods and I can't see how sharing the mods folder is a bad thing. Please enlighten me of why this needs to be a thing? And what is stopping this feature from being implemented? Sorry if this has been asked before, I couldn't find anything about it. Thank you for your time.
  3. In response to post #54930308. I agree, not using a virtual file system is a step-back from what could be a huge improvement to mod managers we've seen so far. I still have high hopes for Vortex and will probably use it either way.
  4. My must have mods for SKSE are: SkyUI, Crash fixes, Bug fixes, Mfg Console, Don't Push Me While I'm Talking, Enchantment Reload Fix, UI Extensions, Quick Loot, A Matter of Time, OSA, EK Ring Limiter, HDT Physics Extensions plus some mods that depend on HDT (my favorites are HDT earrings and KS Hairdos), Archery Gameplay Overhaul, Skyrim Reloaded SKGE, Convenient Horses, Skyrim Enhanced Camera, PC Headtracking and Voicetype, Dual Sheath Redux, SKSE -Elys- AltF4, Smart Souls, OneTweak, Better Jumping, TK Dodge and SkyTweak, to name a few.
  5. Did any of you find a fix for this? My follower gets a vanilla face everytime I save the esp or export facegeom. :(
  6. Can anybody tell me how to properly remove the Miraak Robe Tentacle Explosion, I've tried everything, manually deleting the spell from active effects(which doesn't state it as an active effect), director's tools, going into my old save where i had the robe equipped and unequipping it, using the savetool to clean the save... I should add my current save hasn't begun the dragonborn quests yet. It's really annoying, please help! Edit: I fixed my problem by opening my save in SaveTool and manually changing the miraak robe script from canexplode=1 to =0. Hope this helps anyone else having a similar problem.
  7. Yeah it's very odd indeed, I talked with Boris a bit, he suggested that maybe my cpu started the game too fast so it doesn't have time to inject xD If that is the case then i'm effed.
  8. Hello! I'm having some issues getting the ENB injector working with my game. I'm using Mod Organizer and the Seasons of Skyrim ENB and skse. However, I'd much rather use the injector than the wrapper for certain reasons, but I can't get it to work! The wrapper works fine, the ENB text shows up in top left corner when i start the game. When I start the injector (V0.004) before skse, nothing shows up in the top left corner. I got it working briefly in one try but after that it just won't load. Also tried starting enb injector from mod organizer, but no luck, starting everything without MO i.e. in my skyrim folder didn't work either. Starting as administrator didn't work, disabling my anti virus didn't work. Disabling overlay programs, no luck. I would really like to get the injector to work. Please help! Edit: Enbseries.dll is in place and the enbinjector.ini is configured as well: [LIBRARY] LibraryName=enbseries.dll [TARGETPROCESS] ProcessName0=SkyrimLauncher.exe ProcessName1=skse_loader.exe ProcessName2=TESV.exe
  9. Thanks a lot, this really helped me.
  10. So I have this rather weird bug where my characters body is constantly electrocuted, I take no damage but it's a constant visual and sound effect to it. If anyone knows a possible fix for this i'd be more than happy. Thanks! :) here is an image: http://img17.imageshack.us/img17/8614/screenshot6511d.jpg
