All normal mods don't work in arena mode, I think the only way for doing this mod is editing the main pack used by the game, and it takes 7 GB!

This is probably impossible without an editor. To edit the description of the skills you have to open the file en0.w2strings (for english version of the game) using Gibbed red tool, this is the only way. -
No CookedPC\fx folder?

All these folders are packed in the file called pack0.dzip . It's a kind of pack used by the developers of this game which can be opened with gibbed's red tools or quickbms. If you unpack the files contained in pack0 and you put them in the cookedPC folder they will still work. -
I can't see a way to make signs drain more vigour, You only can reduce vigour regeneration. All the other stats of signs can be modified, except for the most important features. You can do this!

The audio files are - i think - in the file cookedPC/en0.w2speech , a sort of pack, maybe. The subtitles are in the file cookedPC/en0.w2strings, the english ones. This other kind of file can be decoded using gibbed red tool. -
many files had been changed by the patch, maybe all of them. The files i know they are been updated: abilities/geralt_basic items/def_shop items/def_silverweapon items/def_steelweapon items/def_stats_silverweapon items/def_stats_steelweapon I haven't understood what do you want to do, but to add mutagens slots to skills you have to edit the file abilities/geralt_skills and change the number where the string is max_enhancements="1"

Strange. It worked for me. Are you sure you installed it well? In the Geralt stats (not items stats) damage should be the half of the one it would be. Maybe i did a mistake, i'll some other tests. ps. You haven't to start the game again. -

Excuse for not having answered before, i've made a minimod that halves Geralt's damage, also against the dragon :tongue:. Is possible to change health of every single enemy editing xml files of abilities folder in the pack0 dzip file, but it could be complicate. Maybe i'll try. For installing the mod put it (the folder) in the CookedPC folder in the main directory of the game. -

it's easier to make Geralt weaker, but you can do what you said too. How much do you want to make the monsters healthier?
