Same issue here. I think it means something in your area has spawned. Not sure what is causing it.

Hey guys, i'm pretty new to the modding community and have a ammo retexture overhaul i'm working on. I was wondering if anyone knew how to make those menus that come up when you install a mod. For example the enhance blood retexture lets choose what types of blood spatter and quality on install with a pop up. If anyone could help me out i'd really appreciate it. It would also allow for me to make easier and less cluttered download options. I tried to look it up but was unsure on what to search for exactly.Thanks!
