The problem is caused cause this mod has conflicts with the mod "RealVision ENB". So to solve remove the mod RealVision ENB and so you don't need to use the command: teofis Or if you want to continue using the mod RealVision ENB just type in console: teofis that solves. Well for me this is the solution but maybe it can be other mod that is causing the problem! :D

Hi guys I know how to solve this problem it's the same problem that make us can't see under waters... So to fix just open the console and type: teofis With this command the colors return to normal at night and you can also see under all waters of skyrim. :D
