I use MO to handle all my mods, so nothing should ever be install directly into my game folder. I also deleted all the SE folders in the Steam Directory before reinstalling. I might have to try the LOD Mod to see if it fixes it. Thanks.

I tried a fresh install, and started a new game and sadly I still got the same issue. It had been fine for weeks, and like I mentioned I thought it was due to my graphics card update, but the roll back didn't fix it, so I can only assume it's caused by something else. I just don't know what that something else might be. Thanks for your reply anyhow.

All of a sudden I started getting this Rainbow Mountain issue. This happens in a Completely Vanilla Game. I thought it was due to my graphics card update, but even rolling back didn't solve it. I'm not very tech-savy and I'm hoping someone here can help shed some light on why this could be happening. I'm running Windows 7 with a GeForce GTX 1060. Edit: I just tested Regular Skyrim, and the issue is not present at all. It appears to only be an SSE thing.
