  1. Yes, I read it all and yes it is interesting.
  2. Is it not possible to add a custom category or am I missing something?
  3. Scripts including FOMOD? I have had this with a couple of mods where Vortex did not include either the bsa or any of the plugins. Saying they could not be found.
  4. I don't seem to have the issue anymore with the new version. What Zeridian is showing is not what the bug looks like.
  5. What version of Vortex are you using? I have 0.15.2 and Vortex saves the notes even after closing the application and also after the steps you list. I remember it not saving it a few versions back though.
  6. Might be referring to duplicate mods and not plugin files. The issue we are discussing in another thread.
  7. It seems to happen to me when I restart the app. I would install a mod, do something and close the app and upon opening it again, there would be a duplicate mod with an "Installation Time" of "seconds ago" that is funnily enough not installed.
  8. Displaying the name of the plugin could be useful. A similar nice-to-have would be to take you to the folder of the mod because mod name != folder name. We used to have that feature but now it only takes you the general mods folder.
  9. I had this weird thing happen to me. EVT Billboards and Engine Fixes created new instances even though the mods were installed hours ago.
  10. It's down to 10 seconds from 2 minutes with 370 mods on an SSD.
  11. It seems not. I just tried. I also don't think this has only to do with version numbers. Seems to be a bug. https://i.imgur.com/iouuhIk.png Simply downloaded this mod and it created two entries. Looks like it forgets that the archive it already associated with a mod and creates a new instance. It does not always happen though. What's more, you cannot remove the duplicate entry unless you remove the archive. In which case you will have to download the mod again when you want to reinstall.
