So I started a new game and decided to try out the 1.6 beta along with 60 or so mods. I did a clean start and booted up the game got this... http://youtu.be/a7DcMPo3yV4 I couldn't stop laughing, especially with Tullius doing kung-fu. Have you ever had a funny moment where you played one of the beta patches with a mod and got funny results?

You clearly didn't play New Vegas when it was released. FNV was worse than Skyrim in terms of bugs and crashes after release. And Obsidian is infamous for making buggy and half-assed games (see Kotor 2, Alpha Protocol, DS3). Comparing Obsidian to Bethesda is, quite frankly, extremely insulting to Bethesda.

I thought that the current form of BOSS doesn't reorder the load order because Bethesda changed how it orders the mods. Its easiest to install BOSS, then manually change the load order (using BOSS as a reference) via NMM or the skyrim launcher.

Unfortunately, it is as you say. The game is tied to an individual account of Steam. You would have to rebuy the game on the second account if you wanted a separate Steam account for him. If you want your son to play on his own windows account, all he would have to do is log on your steam account. EDIT: The easy (but somewhat inconvienient) way to remedy this would be to have duplicate copies of your Skyrim data and save folders so you and your son would just have to rename it. This will allow the both of you to use your various mods and saves.

I'm not new to Fallout. I played a modded Fallout 3 (no DLC) for a year after its release but I lost the disk at some point over the past couple of years. I just recently repurchased it over Steam because Skyrim is getting old and repetitive. I know the basic must have downloads. FOMM. FOSE. BOSS. DarnUI. But I'm interested in what you creative modders have come up with and what works with what! (I'm taking a look at FWE, FOOK and MMM as of now!) Thanks for any input! EDIT: I've looked at several guides via Google and Nexus but all of them are outdated!

Yeah. And it would be nice to have multiple human companions besides the Delphine/Esburn glitch(?).

newvegas had a script extender so there's no reason to think why skyrim won't have one.

I've set Ysolda as my companion with the Addtofaction 5C84D command. And as you can see here: http://i1181.photobucket.com/albums/x434/pinknipz/2011-11-19_00001.jpg I was able to get her to wear different equipment, armors and weapons. (It was a pain!). The only quip I have is that whenever I'm in a fight, she runs away, which totally defeats the purpose for her. (Since I'm an archer and I want her to tank attacks.) I tried using forceav aggression 3 and setav aggression 3, but it doesn't seem to work. I already edited her health stats, so it's not as if she's low on health or anything. Help please?
