  1. Imo, I shouldn't be thanked for doing it, it should simply be the norm. Annoys the s#*! outta me when I find someone once had the same problem as me, said they fixed it somehow, but make no indication of how they did so.

Whenever I enter either of the Dimhollow Crypt's cells through either coc or walking through the cave, I get a short loading screen that lasts for a seemingly random amount of time (usually no longer than 30 seconds, though), freezes up, then crashes after a few more seconds. As far as I know, this is the only place it happens, but I can't be sure unless I go to literally every dungeon. I've tried a few troubleshooting steps I've read online, such as removing all my armor and walking in with no success. I've even deactivated all my esps (though not the mods they come from) and I still get crashes when trying to coc in there with a fresh save. Additionally, if I go on a different profile without any mods installed and coc in, it works perfectly. Here's my Modwatch (keep in mind, while it says Classic, I am playing SSE; this is my first time using Modwatch and I messed up by not switching to Special Edition in the drop-down): https://modwat.ch/u/Ebonslayer Edit: Nvm, turns out it was RaceMenu. Version 0.4.15 is bugged, apparently; updated to 0.4.16 and it works like a charm.

  4. It's not that hard to make a mod into loose files. Just install it manually and extract it from the archive.
  5. The Civil War questline doesn't really work for assassins, it's obviously geared towards warriors and mages, I have an idea that might change that. Your main activities during the Civil War involves attacking forts with a dozen or so soldiers at your back which is great for warriors and mages but a stealth character loses most of their effectiveness and will have an extremely difficult time completing these raids compared to a combat character. Assassins should get the choice of whether they want to charge in or if they want to put their skills to use, especially seeing as there is always some sort of entrance that allows someone to enter undetected in every fort (such as the cave under the Riften fort and the small hole around the back in the fort near Solitude). What I want is for the character to tell their commander before-hand that they can break into the fort and seize it that way, perhaps they have to complete some objectives without being detected (such as assassinating the commander, burning a flag, eliminating the sentries, ect), Anyone who's played Assassin's Creed: Rogue knows what I'm talking about. You may not be able to do this for Solitude, Windhelm, and Whiterun since a fort and a city are completely different beasts and fort attacks seem to be by surprise whereas I have no doubt the cities were warned in advance of an approaching army. I hope a decent modder finds this worthy of their time and I thank everyone for reading.

I've been trying to use a custom race mod to give myself exclusive textures but when I become a vampire I don't get the vampire eyes, I know they are still a vampire since they have the teeth and their skin seems to have paled a bit. I have RaceCompatibility (with the Dawnguard version) so that's not the problem. Is there some way to give them the glowing eyes?

  8. Can someone make a mod that makes one handed swords move to the right hip kinda like where maces are sheathed? I'm trying to create a roman-type character but I can't find a mod that places my gladius on my right hip like how it's historically worn.
  9. There are plenty of mind control mods on the Nexus but most of them add spells that allow you to control people temporarily. I would really like a mod that adds Shadow Of Mordor type mind control where you can cast a spell on some enemies and with a new power you can frenzy them to turn against their former allies. Imagine possessing a whole bandit camp them having your own little army of brigands then command them to attack another bandit camp. In order to make it balanced and lore friendly it could just be for vampires so when they bite someone they can choose to make them their thrall.
  10. I recently started playing Dark Souls 2 and after killing the Pursuer boss I found the Drangleic armor set and instantly fell in love. The armor looked completely awesome and I would like some kind of Skyrim mod that adds an armor somewhat like this. It doesn't need to look perfect because the only way to do that is to port it and that's piracy but something inspired off it like the 'Mask of Corvo' mod here.
  11. I like to use dual sheath redux but I do not like how when you unsheath your weapon the weapon in your off hand magically teleports into your sheath. I also tried immersive animations to make it look like I am actually pulling both weapons out but I do not like it when I have a shield or nothing in my off hand and I grab both of my hips like an idiot. what I want is a mod that puts the off hand sword right next to or below the other. Is it possible? I am also willing to learn how to do so if someone can teach me.
