  1. In response to post #75806633. #75806923, #75807088, #75807518, #75809163 are all replies on the same post. I understand that rationale and the importance of testing, but writing up a quick announcement and advisement for everyone to change their passwords would take a few minutes at most. I think everyone would have appreciated knowing sooner. Hopefully this won't happen again, but if it does, I'm sure all of us would appreciate knowing earlier next time. Keep up the good work on this site~
  2. Update: I just reinstalled AWKCR which was the mod that seemed to have the problem, and it looks like we're in the clear. Thanks everyone!
  3. Thank you! I ended up having to rename both userlist.yaml and masterlist.yaml, but it seems to have generated new ones and the error messages have gone away. Hopefully that fixes it. You were very helpful :)

  5. Hi there~ Thanks for your help. I did purge all the mods using the purge button as part of the uninstall process before I re-installed vortex. I tried it again just now, but that didn't do anything, and there are no mods to re-deploy because I have all of them uninstalled. The three errors are still present, unfortunately
  6. I am using the latest version of Vortex (Just re-installed it in an effort to solve this issue) on Windows 10, with a custom install location. I currently only use Vortex to manage Fallout 4 mods, but do not currently have any mods installed because I just uninstalled all of them to start with a fresh slate. I'm getting 3 interrelated errors that I don't know how to resolve. I have two "Failed to load master-/userlist" popups, both citing armorkeywords.esm as the problem. When I click "More details" I get this: Error: More than one entry exists for "armorkeywords.esm" at c.handleResponse (D:\Games\Black Tree Gaming Ltd\Vortex\resources\app.asar.unpacked\bundledPlugins\gamebryo-plugin-management\index.js:45:83721) at Socket.e.on.e (D:\Games\Black Tree Gaming Ltd\Vortex\resources\app.asar.unpacked\bundledPlugins\gamebryo-plugin-management\index.js:45:82567) at emitOne (events.js:116:13) at Socket.emit (events.js:211:7) at addChunk (_stream_readable.js:263:12) at readableAddChunk (_stream_readable.js:250:11) at Socket.Readable.push (_stream_readable.js:208:10) at Pipe.onread (net.js:594:20) There is also an orange pop up that says "Duplicate Entries" and asks me to purge the duplicate entries in a file called "userlist.yaml" I followed the directory it gave and found the file, and successfully opened it with Notepad, but I am hesitant to make any changes to it without knowing for sure what I am doing. As I said earlier, I just reinstalled Vortex entirely hoping it would make these errors go away so I could get on with my fresh mod installation, but it did not resolve this. Any help is greatly appreciated.
  7. Hi, I don't know if there is a mod that does that, I haven't seen any. If you're trying to avoid clipping issues, however, I would suggest installing Bodyslide and Outfit Studio so you can edit the clothes so they won't clip through whatever you're wearing over them. For more intense clipping issues, you can probably edit the meshes directly to remove parts of a garment, but I don't know how to do that.
  8. That sounds more like your load order is unstable. Have you tried the normal tedius troubleshooting steps? Start disabling things, and launching a test, one mod at a time, until your issue is resolved. Then write down the name of the problem mod. Start enabling the OTHER mods you disabled one at a time and testing between each one to see if it returns. Also, if you're working at this level you probably don't need me to tell you to be really careful with merging mods. Really complex mods like Horizon, Frost, More Smarter Companions, etc that have large changes or intense overhauls shouldn't be combined with other things.
  9. I was having this issue- For some reason, deleting and re-downloading and installing one of the mods manually (I chose UFO4P, but I doubt it matters), made all the other missing plugins appear.
  10. Well, I thought this was working, but now I'm getting the issue where plugins of installed and enabled mods aren't showing up in the plugin list. I noticed some other people have been having this issue as well...
  11. Update: Would the best solution be to simply download all mods manually and then add them to Vortex from my browser's download folder? I used to do that a lot anyway with NMM to get faster download speeds, so that's not a big deal to me.
  12. I would like to use Vortex to manage my mods for Fallout 4. (For anyone who is going to yell "DON'T USE VORTEX FOR FO4" Thank you in advance for your input, you need not comment below as I am already aware of your opinion.) I have used Vortex quite successfully for Fo4 with my previous computer, but I recently got a brand new one and I am installing everything from scratch. My new computer has 2 drives, and this is the first time I've used a 2 drive set up. My goal is to make sure that Vortex stages and downloads mods on the D: drive, as my C: drive is a little bit small and I tend to download a lot of mods. I downloaded the custom install location version and installed Vortex to the D:/ drive. When I launched Vortex for the first time, I was given a "Mods cannot be deployed" error. I ended up selecting "Hardlink deployment" and then setting the Mod Staging Folder path and the Download Folder path to the same setting. This made the error go away. I downloaded a few basic mods and successfully tested the game. However, the mods I downloaded first were subtle texture improvements, so I'm not totally sure they actually worked with this setup. When I went to install some more mods, I noticed a dummy "mod" of sorts in Vortex's mod list, which was disabled. When I opened its location in the file manager, I realized this "mod" was actually the download folder itself, containing all the zipped mods I downloaded, inside the staging folder. I assumed this was a bad thing, so I attempted to change the file path back to a new designated download folder outside of the staging folder, and then restarted Vortex. The "Mods cannot be deployed" error returned, and now half the mods are not properly installed and I will need to scrub and start over. No biggie, I made a mistake and have no problems cleaning up my mess. This time, however, I would like to make sure I know how to configure these settings properly. TLDR; If I want to make sure Vortex, and everything it downloads, is on the D:/ drive, what should I set my "Mod Staging Folder" path and "Downloads Folder" path to, in order for everything to work properly? Steam is installed on D:/ as well. Thanks in advance for you help.
