  1. Okay! So, not only did I do a windows restore to factory default three days ago, but I also did the sfc/scannow and restarted until windows found nothing wrong. I'm still having this same problem. Any other suggestions would be appreciated, I just really want to play my games.
  2. For me, when I hit the register/log in button on Vortex, it brings up the nexus website. I am logged in on the website, but the loading circle on the Vortex just keeps spinning for at least 15 minutes before I get the error message... Failed to get access key. Log-In connection closed prematurely (Code 1006) Error: Log-in connection closed prematurely (Code 1006) at WebSocket.on.on (C:\Program Files\Black Tree Gaming Ltd\Vortex\resources\app.asar\webpack:\src\extensions\nexus_integration\index.tsx:233:7) at emitTwo (events.js:126:13) at WebSocket.emit (events.js:214:7) at WebSocket.emitClose (C:\Program Files\Black Tree Gaming Ltd\Vortex\resources\app.asar\node_modules\ws\lib\websocket.js:172:10) at TLSSocket.socketOnClose (C:\Program Files\Black Tree Gaming Ltd\Vortex\resources\app.asar\node_modules\ws\lib\websocket.js:780:15) at emitOne (events.js:121:20) at TLSSocket.emit (events.js:211:7) at _handle.close (net.js:554:12) at TCP.done [as _onclose] (_tls_wrap.js:356:7) I tried using the Event Viewer as you suggested but to be perfectly honest, I have no idea what I'm even looking at with it. So I'll now be trying the sfc/scannow. Any further help would be appreciated in this.
  3. I'm having this same problem. What can we do to fix this? XD
