SOLVED. It's the YOT - Your Own Thoughts. Turns out ESP file corrupted when I was trying to translate this mod. Sometime Xtranslator isn't that reliable. ESM-ESP Translator works perfectly.

The skill menu works fine if only not leveling up. I can use my perk points and so on. I used "Nolvus" as a base and made some modifications of my own. I can't get any crash logs. Neither NetScriptFramework nor Crash Logger could generate a crash log. I got a CTD right away after hitting the button. And I've read all the threads about crashing at leveling-up menu, including this: raising_attribute_freeze_game But I never had that mod installed. It still crash even I took hours to revert my modlist modifications one by one. Such a desperate situation. I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Oh my gooooodness!!! Finally, I found the reason causing the lag !!!! Because of I used the latest autodoors mod and the blueprint using the old autodoors mod. After removing the mod , my vault goes normally again. Thank goodness I don't need to remake the vault in creation kit.

Hello folks, I found that after I imported the blueprint, My vault 88 became very very lag, just in vault 88. All the NPC either stuck or teleport to their next destination. They can not move, but my companion sometimes is able to move around. It looks like all the scripts lagged for about 30 seconds, for example. The rad scanner will work after I pass through it 30 seconds later. I drink the water sink , but it affects after 30 seconds around. And I talk to the settlers , wants to trade with him, the interface opened after 10 seconds. And it takes 30 seconds to assign a settler to a workstation. And the singer settlement mod, when the singer begin singing, the sound from singer and speakers are not sync......So everything is heavily lagged. Is this a navemesh issue? Can I rebuild the navemesh in game or creation kit? Did anyone have the same problem?
