  1. I'm partial to the mod reviewed in this video, but I must admit there is a conflict of interest ;) ">" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="295">
  2. I know adding the line SetScriptedStormFactorOverride(1.0) in lockedcontentcheck.lua is supposed to make the storm at maximum intensity whenever it does pop up, but how to make it pop up more or last longer? One problem with increasing the day/night cycle is that it makes storms practically non-existant. At least I haven't encountered any since slowing down time, for all I know it disables storms entirely :(
  3. Within nomadobjecttemplates these files changed. aishooterprefs counterservice custommapservice matchservice playerparamservice playlistservice
  4. An important part of updating our mods to the current (1.5) version is going to be identifying what they changed. My first look indicates these files changed: Ubisoft\FarCry 3\bin\FC3.dll, FC3_d3d11.dll Ubisoft\FarCry 3\data_win32\common.dat, common.fat I've gone through and done a preliminary differential analysis of the 1.4 common and 1.5 common files so others can take a look at what I've found and save you some work. I don't have time to go through everything since I've got some RL things I have to do but I did want to make some notes on this. I also focused on the files and folders my mod changes, anything not changed from common in my mod's patch file was ignored as being irrelevant and your mod may be different. So while this doesn't mean other files you need haven't changed, it does show you that these files have changed. Within common.dat and common.fat: common\generated\nomadobjecttemplates.fcb is 2kb larger (have not identified which subfiles have been changed) common\ui\singleplayer\hud is 139 bytes larger (have not identified which subfiles have been changed) common\ui\fire_depload.xml is 1kb larger
  5. I was comparing your bushman to the vanilla one and I don't understand: 1. How you know which text_matMaterial to change it to. 2. How you know which matMaterial to change it to. Even looking at the text_matMaterial where matMaterial is something other than FFFFFFFFFFFF it doesn't always point to a texture other than defaults it seems, although it does have a tiling mask. Is this related to the fact that it's a generic pattern with a color placed over it rather than an actual reskin?
  6. I think trials are limited to your computer, with some values on there from UBI employees playing it. I've done trials on my game using my mod which also alters weapons, haven't noticed any problems, although I haven't tried playing anything online either. I would definitely revert to the original game before doing multiplayer just to be safe.
