  1. Are y'all trying to launch the game via vortex? I noticed today that even I get this error if I launch with vortex but not if I launch it from steam.
  2. Wow way to go bugthesda. And here is me on Linux(arch btw) with old drivers, playing the game just fine. I have to use older drivers cause the newest ones cause the game to crash.
  3. There is a file that has a list of graphic cards and what graphic settings each one defaults to. So maybe(this is a big maybe) adding your card to the list might make it work. The file is called DefaultGlobalGraphicsSettings.json its in the root game folder, one with starfield.exe
  4. You have 2 easy option, 1. https://github.com/sonic2kk/steamtinkerlaunch 2. https://github.com/rockerbacon/modorganizer2-linux-installer#installing-vortex Try https://getsol.us/home/ After install Solus OS you need to sudo eopkg upgradeAfter reboot sudo eopkg install lutris wine wine-devel winetricks gamemode gamemode-32bit vulkan-32bit vulkan vulkan-tools smplayer steam rsync libgnutls libgnutls-devel libgnutls-32bit libgnutls-32bit-devel openldap-devel openldap-32bit-devel libgpg-error-devel libgpg-error-32bit libgpg-error-32bit-devel sqlite3 sqlite3-32bit protontricks gnome-disk-utility python-distro gconf libgcrypt11 libglu steamtinkerlaunchThat what you need and all done  Currently there is a bug with steamtinkerlaunch's install of vortex where it can't find dotnet. They know about it over on STL's git but don't know how to fix it. So got to use the other ways to install it.
  5. I was wondering if there was a way to compare ba2 files to see if there are any file conflicts. I know MO2 can do this but I tried it and just not for me. I rather use vortex. So anyone know a way to do this? Thanks in advance.
  6. After adding or removing a plugin it can take like 5 to 10 mins for the auto sort to complete. This feels like its too long but hard to get an idea of normal times when people confuse mods and plugins. I make patches for Horizon in xEdit and after making a new plugin in xEdit it feels like forever before I can launch the game. Anything I can do to speed this up(other than just getting rid of some hundred mods or so)? Edit: It is taking over 5 mins found that the log lists sort times. Wed, 15 Dec 2021 23:54:28 GMT - debug: [gamebryo-plugin-management] sorting plugins finished elapsedMS=371098
  7. Been randomly getting Error 524 when on the site and I haven't been able to upload any images to my mods.
  8. yet poses deserves its own category? If the number of mods that picked the horizon patches category in the drop down is right it has the same number as Sim settlements and that gets a category. but w/e a tag is at least better than nothing
  9. When you upload a mod you are shown 3 input fields for mod category, First one is the ones the site shows to users and they can sort mods by. The next 2 are user suggested ones. What does it take for the user suggested ones to become an actual category on the site? I make patches for Horizon for Fallout 4 and I've been tagging them with the Horizon Patch Category but they only ever show as just Patches. When you go to select it as a category it shows that there are 180 mods that want that category. So why doesn't Horizon get a category? When something like poses has way less and is an official category?
