I think I just fixed it. Apparently, I didn't read the description of https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/62040?tab=description because this mod is not needed if I have Collision Meshes installed.

I was testing and checking around the wasteland before starting a playthrough and I found half the Novac motel missing. Does anyone know what caused this? https://imgur.com/NrLRB1F Here is my load order
