I did pretty much every thing suggested in here and I fixed it issue! I'm not sure which step did it, but thanks for the help everyone.

I always had noticable seams from day 1, but it may have been exacerbated recently as I had a body texture mod for a while then uninstalled it. The gap between my character's neck and the rest of his body is so big that from some angles I can see through it to the other side lol.

In my game if any character is without clothes, there is a very severe seam between the bottom of their neck and the rest of their body, to point of looking detached. At first I thought it was just my player character but every other character is like that too. I tried googling and looking on other forums and can't find anyone else having this problem. I'm not using any texture mods and all of my graphics settings are Ultra. Anyone know what might be causing this? I play on PC. I'll provide additional information if you need it.
