Well about call someone, there nobody configured out how to do it (as i know). About saving vehicles you can use lua mod called "Szabo's Persistance Mod" allows you save x count of cars anywhere! Also if you want modding gta 5 yourself, the best way it's start learning lua (if you dont know it), also need lua plugin, if you want you lua mod work! There two i know first it's "LUA Plugin for Script Hook V", second it's "GTALua" (i dont really know difference, between them). Also if you want, write asi scripts, you need to know C++ or C# if you write script for .NET ScriptHook.

Skyrim veteran(self-titled) getting FC3 tomorrow! Noob advice?
W2nTeD replied to 21crescendo's topic in Far Cry's Far Cry 3
1) If you want, you can install any mods, but if (for example) 2 mods replace one file, you need unpack them 2, and pack in 1 file them 2, to support them 2! 2) If you really want modification for FC3. Becase vanilla, can be playable, without mods. And of course, FC3 more difficult to modding, then skyrim (maybe Becase, Bethesda support mods, Ubisoft not.) 3) All mods you can find, on Far Cry Nexus, and other (include other language) sites. 4) I really don't know, what say! So I don't fully answer, to this question. -
Thats files, unpacker cannot unpack correctly, or somethings like that! It's ok, you don't need to worry about it.
