  1. There are some mods that seem to change that globally so that enemy NPC's are affected as well. How can i change the variables for companions and settlers so that there is minimal conflict with other mods.
  2. I have the same problem. Some mods work, some are not loaded properly. The staging folder is outside the game folder. edit: i just deactivated alll mods i wanted to use and singlehandidly deployed /enabled them again. Now even the UOF4 Patch shows up in the list.... edit2: ok some work now (UOF4P) - had to activate under plugins additionaly
  3. I'd like to edit the PADashDials01.nif (in objects directory) in a way, that i have no HUD elements of any kind in 3rd person, including the shade effect. I was looking at a mod that did something like that but had other things implemented - No Transparency - Version 4 Classic / No Lens - the HUD in itself should still be "vanilla" in 1st perspective. So i was comparing the files, starting with the shade effect, that can easily be found (in the vanilla file) since they are the very end - one covers the upper screen, the other one covers the bottom. I really don't see properties here that tell me when this is shown in 1st or 3rd (deleting these blocks delete the whole shade effect completely) - and compared with the mod file, the author has them at entirely different positions (re-added?) but i cant understand the purpose.
  4. This may be an old thread, but since i saw that loading screen I was wondering. Doesn't this mean there is already a hooded helmet in the game or are these models shown "fake-geared" (i don't know how to describe that).
  5. I had in a previous and having now the same problem again. I noticed it just now becaus something rather funny happened. I deleted in Abernathy an item and loaded my save. My plants who were fully grown were suddenly "empty" even exiting didn't work.
  6. I have a similar problem with the Tactical Hud effect - how do i get rid of that? (resurrect doesn't work) ... ok it's recycleactor on yourself
  7. I'd like to know this as well. Has anyone gained that knowledge how to add it to gear (helmets) in game.

  10. >>>> edit 2: wow - nvm - i had to restart steam (???) - works now For some reason i have this problem too - i wanted to create a fresh F4 install and suddenly, even the "normal" launch via the loader doesn't work anymore. I did a verify cache through steam before that - any new files by Bethesda that prevent it from loading? edit: to specify - it DOES show "launch f4se" but nothing happens
  11. I realized just now (never tried it before) that it was deactivated some time ago. It's really tidious to ship all those junk items by "hand" (especially on survival).
  12. I have a mod installed right now, that for some reasons enhance reload speed and decreases walking speed for the minigun. If i look at GECK, i just see the "Speed" value enhanced by 0.3 but not reload speed. I also would like to know, where decrease in walking comes from, as i assumed the variable is comprehensive for all heavy guns. Source: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/5195/? (maybe i was in the wrong subcategory of this forum - my original post is here ) Based on the screen and response above, i made the mistake and copied the whole path+f4se...exe in the command line. Now NMM tries to create a folder called "f4se_loader.exe" and is looking for all fallout files in it. Starting NMM is now impossible as it bugs out immediately. As i suspected, copying the whole Fallout doesn't solve the issue temporarily as all paths to mods etc. are wrong. I am now desperately searching for the nmm config files to manually edit the path but i can't find them. HALP!!!111
