  1. Same for me. Disabling UFO4 Patch allowed me to proceed past "Just sit still" and complete the quest. I immediately re-enabled the patch afterward and all was well.
  2. I have this very same problem at Coastal Cottage, but it's a modded settlement (One of Greekrage's) so that may have something to do with it. I'm not blaming the mod, I've probably borked something in my saves. I have one playthrough that only CTD's there occasionally, and another that CTD's there when I scrap nearly anything. My question is, why bother to do all that with F4SE just to get scrapping done when you can just markfordelete then disable it. If you use the console name fix mod it takes some of the mystery out of what item you have selected (usually). You can always do a modpos x 5 (or whatever you want) first to make sure the item you want to delete is what moved before doing it. If it's the incorrect item just modpos it back to where it was.
  3. From everything I've read, this is caused by having too many settlement items your PC is trying to draw in the direction you're facing at the time. I had this happen in certain areas in my Vault 88 build where I was at the edge of the main vault cavern looking through everything I'd built. I had a cafe/restaurant that had a TON of furniture and decorations in it, and if I stood at the back of the room and faced forward looking through all of it AND the rest of vault structure in that direction this would happen. It would only happen if you turned at just the right angle of view though. Now, does anyone know WTF causes this? https://goo.gl/photos/brHCXYv3pNwULbed7 I'm assuming it's a missing/corrupted material or texture, but I really have no idea? It could probably be fixed by reinstalling a mod or something, but I have no idea which one.
