SPO clothes mod is the problem just like the error report says.

First advice is read the description. Second is they are replacers and the hairstyle is in description. Example is Kelly hair replaces hairstyle #19 in creator or mirror. Use only one hair at a time don't download all of them and expect it to work. Cheers

scipher99 replied to Salamandrix's topic in Starfield's Mod Ideas
Extract the meshes from the .ba2 files and just modify the .nif file to increase boob size. repack into .ba2 and you are done.- 17 replies

Have you gone into the games root file and added the lines for loose file reading? Satrfiled.ini then add the lines: [Archive] bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 sResourceDataDirsFinal=

This is why disabling updates on Steam is important. Also backing up your version .exe is too. The best way to disable updates is to move the Steam Manifest file to another folder so Steam thinks it's not installed as the SKSE launches it like normal. Even if the SKSE team updates other mods will take longer as each author needs to re-compile each .DLL for their mods and that could take time. It's a far less headache to just wait until that is completed before actually updating the game.

To disable Steam from ever updating the game simply move your Steam manifest file to another folder and Steam will think the game is not installed and will never update it until you replace the manifest file. Setting steam to update on launch is not 100% safe from updates as Steam sometime triggers it when Steam itself updates. Just use SKSE to launch the game as normal.

New Anniversary Update Patches Incoming

If your still on 1.5.97 then simply move the manifest file out of the Steam folder so Steam thinks it's not installed and just run with SKSE. This will prevent Steam from ever updating SSE until you replace the manifest file back in folder. -
Go into steam folder and delete the steam manifest for the game and steam will no longer see it as installed and just launch from SKSE. This will keep it from ever updating if that is what your asking. Mine looked like this: appmanifest_489830.acf I just cut and pasted it to different location outside of steam folder was all.
