Every scoped weapon I aim with has this problem. I only found one other person, which was on the steam forums, that had this issue and they got it resolved by lowering their fov. I don't have any mods that alter the scopes other than Just Mods, which isn't the culprit. I have tried changing the fov multiple times in all my .ini's but it didn't help. I initially thought that it was the fov slider mod that was causing this but disabling it didn't help. Does anyone have a clue as to what could be causing the issue?

I know this thread is old but has anyone found an easier way to change the rpm of a custom sound? Or is this how all weapon modders still implement their sounds?
