I can't seem to load the .dll files required. I am on Win 10 Creators Update (not using game mode) and Nvidia Driver 381. Everytime I press play on the launcher, the game would not start, it will briefly show as running in Steam before failing. I need to go into the task manager to kill it. It shows about 4.3MB of RAM usage if you want to know. Also, with the new driver update, only FO4 seems to be extremely bright while other games are unaffected. System specs: CPU: I7-6800K OC to 4.2GHz RAM: 64 GB DDR4 Mobo: ASUS ROG STRIX X99 GPU: 2 X GTX 1080 SLI Fallout 4 running on a M.2 Samsung 950 Pro SSD
