I seem to have finally solved my problem. I had some issues with my modem and after clearing it and resetting everything on it and flushing my pc I seem to have fixed the issue. Thank you jim_uk for the suggestions. I'm glad I got this solved, I really love this site. There truly is no better place on the net for bethesda mods and hopefully soon for any and all games.

I switched over to googles after I posted my last reply, but it didn't help any. I'm at a loss on this myself. I have a list of several top level DNS agents and using any of them doesn't seem to help my problem. I do run in to some sites that load slower than others but this is the only one I visit that hardly ever finishes loading images on. Everything else works great, the forums, downloading, everything but images. I'm even getting email notifications from the site through yahoo mail.

I get an error "Could not connect to remote server" message when I click on that link. If the problem is on my end I would love to hear some suggestions on wht I can do to try and solve it. I'm on east coast of U.S. and using a static DNS address of 209-244-0-3 right now.

This is typically what I get at any time of the day or any day of the week. My internet connection runs around 4.5 mb/s through comcast. Makes it difficult to choose a mod to download when you can't see the pictures to judge what it looks like and whether or not you want to download or not. This happens on all nexus mod sites for me, not just fallout 3. I've also tried loading it in different browsers. Opera, IE, and Firefox being the three I've tried with.

I'm having this issue now myself in Opera, IE and Firefox. Most pages won't load any images at all, some will show a few but happens very rarely.

It was sort of fixed to use 4GB, but if you are running a 32bit OS it only sets aside 2GB for applications. Try enabling the 3GB switch using this command in command prompt in windows. bcdedit /set IncreaseUserVa 3072. restart your pc after and see if it helps with the lag or CTD's. There are posts here about this very thing as well that explain it much better than I am.

I believe Enchanting Freedom might be the mod you're referring to but even with it you had to learn the enchantment first before you could apply it. This bat file would definitely help with that mod as well.

I haven't looked into a follower bard but have added one to a home other than the Hearthfire houses. It requires the Herthfire DLC to get them to use the dialogue for other instruments and such that the house bards use. There is a nice tutorial on adding a bard to your home that I used as a template for what I did on the Nexus, http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/18175. You could try looking at the traveling bard that wanders the roads of Skyrim and see what he uses.

Bards are purchasable from the steward, not all are female though. I believe the wiki for Hearthfire lists which ones are available for which home. I would also like to see more content added and the ability to build what ever add on to what ever side I want.

If you're combining vanilla outfits it's totally possible with the CK. It took a little looking around and trying different things before I figured out exactly how to do it but it can be done. Best way is to input outfits in the search box while all is selected at the bottom of the left pane in the CK then choose an outfit and duplicate it so it has a new name, rename it to what you want the outfit to be then delete what ever it originally had that you don't want and from the items find articles you do want and drag and drop them into your new outfit. It's really early a.m. here and I'm really tired so I hope I explained it enough. Will track this for replies or questions. Edit: I checked the CK and it appears the robes you're referring to must be from another mod or from another game and without those files can't be done.

I'd be happy to just be able to choose from all the expansions for each side of the house instead of just the stock three choices. I prefer the bedroom and kitchen for the extra beds and the oven but the choices that are left for the third side don't really appeal to me. Opening it up to be able to build whatever expansion you want on whatever side of the house you want would be a welcome addition. Like the previous poster noted it is script based and so far beyond my expertise.

I'm getting this error in the CK with no ENB installed at all. Is there anything else that might be causing it?
