Hey man they GREATLY increased the saturation in one of the last updates to Update.esm, and other effects to go with it. I don't know exactly when but you can see it in SSE Edit, they even went waaaay past what my enhanced saturation mod was doing. They also screwed up some water records. If you install SE-Enhanced Saturation (just a esp.) mod you can see what they did easy in sseedit, then you can adjust it because you will know what your looking at, kinda thing.
