  1. Thanks! Do you have any clue where I can get the Bethesda Utils/Havok Content Tools plugins? Seems I need these as I don't even have things like BSLightingFX materials.

Hello all, I am new to modding and am working on a mod to move the interior cells of some Diamond City buildings to the exterior, thus avoiding load zones (think like Open Cities for Skyrim but instead with Diamond City houses). I have edited some .nifs and removed the part of the mesh that covers the doorway, but the collision for that still exists (so you can see inside but cannot walk inside). I have been trying to find ways to edit the collision but haven't had much success, and I cannot find a way to get 3ds Max 2013 so I can make the collision myself. Ideally I would just remove the same part of the collision as where I removed the mesh. I am not sure if there is a way to edit existing collisions, but I only need to remove one part of the existing collision on an existing game mesh; everything I'm working with is present in the game already. Could anyone help me out in removing those collisions? I would be happy to supply my edited .nifs. If not, can anyone get me a link to get 3ds Max 2013 so I might do this myself?
