How do I change the default browser when opening mods on nexus in my mod list? I sort of remember being able to change it in the past but I can't find the option.

When I initially had this problem of missing feet when looking in first person, I eventually found out it was due to a mod that modified racial abilities. After playing for some 25 hours or so, I decided download some follower mods , and nothing, to my knowledge, that affected race or my character directly, I saw that the feet were missing on my Nord character (female). I tried out the other races finding no issues with them at all. I started a new test character and the issue only persisted with the Nord race. I'm looking through my mods and mostly it's just been mods that have been working fine before the missing feet. Any ideas? I noticed the eyelash on the left eye is thicker, or more present, than the right eye. I'm not sure what may be causing this. I haven't seen any conversations on this topic to find any solution. I've tried changing the eyes and presets but the problem persists.
