For more context: I've tweaked settings underneath the Sky, Fog and Environment headings to reduce direct and ambient light intensity as well as reduce the intensity of clouds while increasing their opacity in order for them to stay dark while not being invisible, as well as reducing fog intensity to prevent this gray glow in the middle of the night (wack). Call me crazy, I like it to be dark. Spooky. Thing is, these weird fog-clouds in the distance in every direction seem to be un-modifiable, and are persistent throughout different weathers, both modded and vanilla.
