To start with: Im working on several blueprints. You´re request will be met to a certain extent - 7 settlements finished so far. Concerning the blueprints: To that moment I still play vanilla and thats how the settlements were created. However these include all kinds of building techniques and took a lot of time to evolve (during the last 2 years - due to building still haven´t finished the game ^^).
