I'm not sure, can you elaborate on what presets I should be looking for that I can change to see if it fixes it?

I've been having trouble getting my models to work correctly. I tried loading them in CK but the textures don't seem to line up with the model correctly. Do I just have to fiddle with the UV offset until they line up or is there a setting I'm missing? Here is a picture of the issue: https://imgur.com/a/X1b4R I would appreciate the help, thanks.
