Thanks! Turns out it was actually the way I had re-arranged my groups and not a specific rule at all, though I guess group arrangements are a different kind of rule. Thanks again.

I have re-arranged some of my mod groups and now am encountering a cyclic rule error. Although I can see from the warning messages which mods are involved in the error, I cannot see the actual rule that I had set at some point in order to delete it to resolve the error. I there a way to display and edit all of the custom rules that I have set in Vortex? Also, while digging through Vortex's files to see if I could find an inventory, I noticed that in the file userlist.yaml there are references to a bunch of mods that I have deleted. Will it hurt anything if I edit this file to remove old references? Thanks.
