  1. I thought I'd give a go at modelling and texturing something in Blender, it's turned out really well (a little table stand of the Cowpen variant US Flag). I did this however, in Blender 2.6, I've now found out that it's impossible (?) to export to .nif from this due to being unsupported by niftools (their version for it is in alpha and doesn't work). Opening the .blend file in the supported versions of Blender don't show the textures and spew all sorts of errors when attempting to export to .nif when using niftools for that version (the one on the niftools site as default download), I have all the requirements for it, I suppose it's because the .blend file was created on a later version of Blender. Is there anyway I can actually put my work into the game still? Or is it forever trapped in the .blend file format (or non Fallout 3 format) until Niftools is released working for Blender 2.6? Please help, my first time modelling has ended in disaster after what I thought was success!
