Found the entry to hide the crosshair at all inside the "Fallout4Prefs.ini" . Changeing the value under [MAIN] "bCrosshairEnabled=1" to "0" . (... one of the more obvious ones :P ) Remember to unset / set writeprotection... ;) Still hope somebody gets around for scaleable and otherwise modifyable UI segments so we get them to reasonable parameters for PC gamers - not just for consoles. Shame it became such a habbit not to bother readjusting all these things for PC versions and waiting for Modders to take care of it - like many other things... Again, thanx to the Modders bringing this Game to a so much higher level of quality !!!
