Same for me. I was running a Automatron found on Torrent with a Codex patch. Its Fallout4.exe is bugged or a virus platform (although no warning in VirusTotal). Easily recognizable because of its unusual size of 111.202.304 bits instead of the normal 63.170.560 (a cracked one). I put back the 1.4.132 that was installed prior to the new codex exe and VOILÀ! F4SE works again. Banned for piracy. -LM

Well man, I am with you, in complete bewilderment before the apparent silence of the entire internet about that sizable annoyance in FO4. It may have to do with the fact we are playing a console game barely adapted to PC. As I understand, if you get rid of the cap at 30fps, the animations and pop-ups run faster in proportion. So the silence is maybe because only Bethesda can solve that issue, but as they seem to despise the PC market, I doubt they will. On the other hand, that kind of things are typically set in .ini files... Any news would be welcome though. This thread is the only I found...
