A System where if you get your reputation to Liked with factions you can talk to the leader about establishing a outpost where in which you will be assigned a location somewhere to setup a outpost once you get there in the building will allredey be a outpost manager with a unique name who will give you objectives completing certain objectives will upgrade the settlement and every 3 Days the settlement/outpost will get attacked depending on the faction all outposts will have a diffrent style or decor for most of their places here is a basic quest Req : Reputation With Powder Gangers Liked 50 Speech Level 5 Ask Samuel About Setting up a outpost where in which he will assign you a location Mole Rat Ranch Where in you will head there and outside is a Outpost Manager (Adrian Cooke) Who will ask you to help him setup a outpost Objective 1 Finish Setting up the Outpost Objective Optional : Request Some Men to head on over Result: 5 Powder gangers will head to the outpost and will be set up in predetermined locations Objective Optional : Ambush and Retrieve an NCR Weapons Shipment Result: The Outpost will have Improved Weapons and some ammunition box will appear in areas Objective Optional : Gather some Resources For Barricades Result: After finishing this quest around the outpost there will be some barricades and doors to create a more fortified feel as well as some inside Objective Optional : Establish a Radio Post By Finding a 2 Way Radio Result: You will be able to turn in quests via the radio instead of hoofing it to Samuel Objective Optional : Obtain 8 Bramhin Hide Result: The Powder Gangers will be equipped in The Usual Powder Ganger getup with Bramhin Leather pieces akin to the armored vault suits Objective 1: Light a Signel Fire to signify to the Powder gangers that the outpost is redey Result Quest Completed Only do when you think the outpost is redey a NPC will warn you to finish undone quests You will be able to go back and vist the outpost at any time occasionally every 3 ingame days mayby every 7 ingame days it will get attacked and you will get a quest popping up called Role Reversal in which the powder gangers will be raided by a random enemy faction be it NCR Vipers or So Forth
