I got it working by disabling my AV that was what was causing the issue. I didn't have to reinstall the game. Thank god. Thanks for the help

I keep getting a message saying, "Vortex needs to access "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\data" but doesn't have permission to. If your account has admin rights Vortex can try to unlock the file for you." and when I try to hit give permission it keeps coming up and won't let me access that folder with Vortex. How can I get access manually? Thank you in advance.
