I don't normally have my mod manager like this but when trying installing and uninstalling, I noticed that in the plugin of the mod disappeared then reappeared, before when normally uninstalled the plugin disappeared without coming back.

When I uninstall mods they still appear in the plugins section, i have successfully removed a few mods while having this issue by downloading and installing them again and trying again but I have very persistent mod that won't properly uninstall? any fixes, note that I didn't have this issue before ValdacilsItemSorting-ArmorByClass.esp Spartan-Calyps-NoAE.esp PD_VReload_WSE.esp BetterModDescriptions.esp ValdacilsItemSorting-00-ValsPicks-DLCVersion.esp LegendaryModification.esp LegendaryModification - DLC Far Harbor.esp LegendaryModificationMisc.esp Scrap Everything - Automatron.esp Scrap Everything - Far Harbor.esp Scrap Everything - Nuka World.esp Scrap Everything - Vault-Tec Workshop.espthese are the ones that are giving me trouble. I have scrap everything ultimate and core files only because loot says I i don't need these files and a different mod requires me to have the core files, the other mods I just don't want and they won't leave. I don't have better mod description downloaded but i did after realizing I deleted it already, so assume I have it
