Trying to convert these DOA hairs to Skyrim
Deleted46472907User posted a topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
Hi, I wanted to know if anyone knew of a tutorial or would personally be willing to help me with converting these DOA hairs into Skyrim? By either making them into a wig or putting it in a character creation screen doesn't matter. Thanks. DOA Head Stash -
Dragon Age Inquisition, I would go back to BF1 but I suck at stealth and keep dying during Danny's mission to navigate Bess through the forest.

Yes. I believe you have to go into Texplorer and extract the normal Shepard face texture and the injured Shepard face texture and open the injured texture with Photoshop (you also need a DDS plugin) and replace it with Shepard's normal face texture, then you would overwrite the injured Shepard face texture with it. Then you will have to open ME3Explorer and install the new texture with TPF Tools if I'm not mistaken... It's actually pretty easy and probably best explained with a video, lol.

Now that you mention the meshing part, that may be the reason why I can't tell the difference? The texture I used had a face with a very different structure... Also I think the problem I'm having is maybe bump maps for Shepard's face? If there's a such thing and I can actually replace them I could at least make the face look more detailed.

I want to start doing personal face and skin texture mods for my game and perhaps when I feel more comfortable and proficient I'll share them, but for now I can't seem to figure out how to send it and make it appear in my game? I couldn't find any tutorials for texture replacing and the one I could find had a very old version of ME3Explorer.

Hey guys, I'm Taylor. Got inspired to sign up and introduce myself because I love putting mods in my games and actually want to learn how to mod myself in the field of skin retextures and hair meshing. I hope being on here is a fun and comfortable experience! :) I currently play Mass Effect 3 to death but I also like Dragon Age: Inquisition! I also need to stop letting Skyrim sit there and rot on my desktop, lol.
