So I just started a pretty heavily modded game of fnv using alternate start, and when I went into my pipboy to check my items, they looked all bundled up in the top left corner. I did notice a few unsolved conflicts on vortex, but they seemed to be maybe just things not put in the right places on the load order. You probably installed it wrong you can't use a manager and you have to put all dll and the one exe file in the mod directory.
