Probably need to add whichever body shape you are using to the default-bbp.xml file. There are some all in one no configuration needed options available, not sure if they are on the nexus but the are available on LL. Links at the top of the tut. I have been struggling with this mod for a month or so and I've gotten it to work before but it just won't now, I've tried all the links you've posted and the closest thing to "working" was using the one on 3dm game and when I used that this happened https://i.imgur.com/QNimnT2.png not my photo but its the same issue also the BBP/TBBP is working fine its just the physics on the clothes

I installed it but everything is stiff?

by reset I mean I cleaned the drive yes, but I don't think that DX is required for hdt smp and Skyrim would've installed the dx versions that are required upon the first launch of the game through steam

update I tried using this setup https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/1817-hdt-skinned-mesh-physics-tutorial/ and something changed which is progress IMO but the what changed is it's now all stretched out and glued to the floor

so long story short for about a week now I've been trying to get hdt-smp to work and live installed it before but I recently reset my computer because it was starting to have a few problems and I had to reinstall it before but I did the exact same thing I did last time and its STILL NOT WORKING! and I've tried at least 3-5 different setups of hdt-smp a lot of them by realclone. I even went to hell and back trying to get the version on 3dmao to work, but even that failed. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong, I have xpmse hdt high heels the normal hdt extenison and everything but nothing is working. if ANYONE has a clue why it's not working please help! and please none of those hdt-smp isn't worth it posts its one of my favorite mods and id like it if it worked
