So, as a birthday gift to myself I bought Morrowind on GoG (which came with Arena and Daggerfall, so sweet), and I was planning on following the nexus graphics here, but I also wanted to see if there were any mods I might want to include in my first play-through? I want to keep it as close to vanilla as possible, but I also know that some of the system in Morrowind are rather....dated? For instance, I was looking at the Expansions Integrated mod. I always love it when DLC items are sprinkled throughout the game, but I'm also looking at the Expansion Delay mod as well. Those, along with the MWSE Magicka Regen and either Movement Fatigue Halved or Fast Fatigue Regen. I understand that those last three mods impact gameplay system a bit more, so I'm nervous about impacting my very first play-thru of it, but I also don't want it to be such a slog that I don't find it fun. Beyond these, are there any other mods that really complement the vanilla experience without changing it to be too much like more modern games. I want to try and keep the spirit of Morrowind alive for my first time.

Disregard my problem I think I figured it out. It was a retexture mod without an esp. The mod Project Cyberdog that replaces Dogmeat with Rex from NV's textures was causing the CTD. Something about the main file just breaks the game near Sanctuary/Red Rocket. I redownloaded it to make sure the download wasn't corrupted, tried again, still had the problem. So I tried it with one of the optional files and it works without crashing. Going to let the mod author know. Spent the better part of 2 hours going through and playing with all my mods. xD I appreciate the help and suggestion tho. Thank you!

Just upgraded my computer with a new...well...everything...to be able to run FO4 with a ton of mods. I can talk to Codsworth, I can walk around the back area (on the side closest to Vault 111), I can talk to Codsworth, but if I move about halfway across the bridge I CTD. If I walk towards the house with the bloatflies in it on the right side of the roundabout I CTD....I am trapped. I've sorted using LOOT, then even manually moved things down that I think are supposed to be at the bottom. I've cleaned all plugins that required it with FO4Edit (saved for Better Settlers, which for some reason won't clean) and even tried clean saves and starting over. I'm pretty sure its some sort of broken mod or conflict of some sort but I'm not sure. I've been pouring over my lists for a few hours and don't see anything. Just hoping a fresh pair of eyes might be able to see something I am missing.
