  1. I have been messing around modding Lakeview Manor, What I have noticed that you must start a new game every time you change the landscape, position of a crafting table, etc. because your saved game will bring the items back. I am using start another life mod that you start off in this abandon prison. Before activating the statue of Mara, save the game. Why? It is because the skyrim world does not exist yet. This saves time on starting a new game. Now, you can not choose the property that you are modding as a land owner, because the mod will load items to their original places. That is in the houses themselves. The mod does not effect the loading of separate mods to the outside. As I use my own Lakeview exterior mod that extremely changes the land scape. Now on to the basement mod. Again you must load a new game. For I have modded the basement and the kitchen area of Lakeview heavily. If I do not start a new beginning of the game, the saved game will load in the old items. Hope this answered some questions here.
  2. Hi Phayntom, To convert an esm over to SSE, I have succeeded doing this simple process. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/6837/ is where to get Wrye Bash. 1. Use Wrye Bash to convert the esm to esp. (right click on the esm and scroll down to copy to esp.) Close Wrye Bash and open the SSE Creation kit. 2. Open the esp file that you converted in Wrye Bash in the Creation kit. (click save) Close the Creation Kit and open Wrye Bash. 3. Find the esp file you converted (and saved in SSE Creation Kit) Now right click it and scroll down to (copy to esm) Click yes to over write your old esm file. You now have the esm file updated to version 44 for SSE. Remove the convert esp file from your Skyrim directory, save it or trash it. It is not needed anymore. Hope this has helped!
