Do you have by any chance installed Qwinn's Fix Pack and Zevran asap? I experienced the same thing as you did when I disabled Qwinn's fix pack before leaving the hut. When I enabled the mod again, the usual cutscene will play out like it normally would. If you don't have those installed, Qwinn's Fix pack might help with this issue. The only thing is that this mod doesn't seem to work together with Zevran Asap. The workaround I found to make Zevran Asap work was to disable Qwinn's fix pack after all the cutscene with Alistair and Flemeth with Morrigan recruited then leave for Lothering. Once Zevran is recruited, the fix pack mod can be enabled again.
