  1. I recently upgraded to Vortex 1.0.0. Now when I open Vortex, every 30 seconds or so I get the "External Changes" popup with the message Links were deleted ("Save" will remove the files permanently, "Revert" will restore them) Under the message it lists five FNIS mods that I have installed, BodySlide, and SkyUI. I don't know what changes I am supposed to save or revert, so I click the Cancel button. I have not changed any of these mods either internally or externally. All of the mods in that list seem to be working as usual. I have only one version of each mod in my Vortex\skyrimse directory. What "links" were deleted, or why does Vortex think they were deleted? Which files will "Save" delete? Which versions of the mods will "Revert" use?
  2. I am also looking for a list of installed mods. Gorsha says: In the folder "C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\skyrimse\profiles\SkStuoZRf" you can find the files "Loadorder.txt and plugins.txt". Under C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\, I do not see a directory named skyrimse. I do see a directory named skyrimvr. I have SkyrimSE, SkyrimVR, and Fallout4 installed on this laptop and managed by Vortex. When I search C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\Vortex for Loadorder.txt or plugins.txt, the only files that are found are in the skyrimvr\profiles\B1y6K0mhf subdirectory. Is there somewhere else that I might find these files?
